This is Paloma Plage, where I took my first swim in the Mediterranean. Some people say it is one of the best beaches in the French Riveria. It is in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. | The trail around Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is, in some places, rather dangerous. | While we were hiking around Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, I went swimming here, at Plage des Fosses, and also at Paloma Plage. It was late May (the 24th of May), and the Mediterranean was fairly cool, but not cold. | |
Arthur and Jeri on the trail around Cap-Ferrat. | Arthur can reach across this narrow lane in old Nice, so it must be about six feet wide. | Jeri enjoyed the old city of Nice. |
