This is Knob Creek, about a hundred meters from where the Lincoln cabin stood. Young Abraham Lincoln would have played here as a boy, aged 2-7, before the family moved to Indiana.

This cabin at the Knob Creek Farm as assembled using some of the logs belonging to the Gollaher home. The Gollahers were neighbors, and their son Austin supposedly saved Abraham Lincoln's life on one occasion. Thanks Austin.
