The fish is a good sized coho salmon Arthur holds the salmon wrapped up in an old shirt rag Strawberry crepes with powdered sugar and whipped cream.
Don helps Arthur get his fish out of the cooler so the state worker can inspect it. This coho salmon was hatched in a fish hatchery.
