	Tustin, California where I lived when I was a baby. El Toro, California is now called Lake Forest, and I lived there until November 1973. Indianapolis, Indiana where I lived until August of 1982. Saint Louis, Missouri where I lived in the towns of Creve Coeur, Town and Country, Clayton, Maplewood, and Richmond Heights from 1982-1986 and 1992-2001. Redlands, California where I lived as a college student from 1986-1990. Chiayi, Taiwan where I lived from July 1990 to February 1992 Taichung, Taiwan where I lived from February to June of 1992. Urbana, Illinois where I lived from 2001 to 2005. I spent a few months in Kenya in 1988, especially around Nairobi. I've had significant time during summers in The Willamette Valley of Oregon, Randle, Washington, Antioch, California, Mahlsdorf, Germany (Berlin), Evanston, Illinois (Chicago), and Xian, Shaanxi in China. Springfield, Illinois where I have lived since August of 2005.
